How long will cookies stay fresh?

Cookies are heat sealed for maximum freshness. If unwrapped they are best within 7 days, but if kept in their packaging my cookies can be enjoyed for several weeks.

Hot or cold?

Room temperature is best for your decorated cookies, and you won’t want to store them in the fridge or expose them to extreme heat. Freezing is also an option! I can provide step-by-step directions on how to do this.

Can you freeze them?

Yes! I’ll share the details on how to do this so that your cookies freeze perfectly.

How much advance notice do you need for an order?

I request at least 2 weeks notice for custom cookie orders. This gives me enough time to order any cookie cutters or supplies needed. Depending on the size and detail on the order, it can take 3 days from start to finish to bake, decorate, and package custom cookies. The advance notice helps me to make sure that your cookies are just what you’re looking for!

Do you offer gluten or dairy-free options? How about cookies for those with nut allergies?

Unfortunately no. It’s important to me to provide a product that I know will be tried-and-true. After trying many different variations, both my sugar cookie and royal icing recipes work best with the original ingredients as written. In terms of nut allergies, I strongly advise enjoying another treat than these cookies as I use almond extract in both my sugar cookies and royal icing.
